You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book everything for your wedding including all vendors, venues, accommodations and anything else you may need. Your wedding planner will be there for you on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to accommodate any needs you may have. Setup on your big day is also taken care of for you. All rentals will also be returned for you.

Wedding Day Photography Package

A professional wedding photographer will attend your wedding and document up to 2 hours of the day including your marriage ceremony. Prior to your wedding you will enjoy unlimited consultations with your photographer as well as a meeting to go over your photography desires. After your big day you will receive a CD of all images from your wedding in web size for your social media needs, as well as a leather bound proof book of all edited images. You may also view all your images online in your own web gallery! You may choose to obtain a DVD of all your edited high resolution photos from your big day to print for only $175.00, or you may work with your photographer to create your dream wedding photo album. Enjoy some pre wedding pampering at the famous Escape Salon. A professional hairdresser and makeup artist will ensure you look absolutely perfect and feel like the princess you are!

Bridal Survival Pack

Whether you need a safety pin, a tissue, or something blue, Sweet Occasions has got you covered and it’s yours to keep too! Your survival pack contains the following: a Folding Hair Brush, Mirror, Hair Spray, Bobby Pins, Earring Backs, Facial Tissues, Blotting Tissues, Emery Board, Clear Nail Polish, Nail Polish Remover, Mending Kit, Scissors, Safety Pins, Double-Sided Tape, Stain Remover, Static Remover, Antacid, Pain Reliever, Breath Freshener, Dental Floss, Deodorant Towelette, Adhesive Bandages, Tampon, Super Glue, and "Something Blue", Extra Wedding Bands.

Flowers

Choose your perfect beautiful bouquet and a matching boutonniere. Your flowers are completely customizable to your choice of flowers, colors, design and dreams! If you desire Sweet Occasions will donate your remaining ceremony and reception flowers to one of our local hospitals.

Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony Location

Emerald Lake Lodge offers some of the most breathtaking locations for your ceremony. Locations include the View Point, the Dock, beside a beautiful fireplace aside the Lake or at the Natural Bridge which is certainly a wonder of the Rockies. You may also choose to be married in the beautiful Presidents Room at Emerald Lake Lodge.

Marriage License and Permits

Your wedding planner will ensure that your marriage license is in place. All you will have to do is present your ID at the Bureau and you will be prepared to be legally married! Any permits necessary to host your wedding will also be obtained by your wedding planner.

Commissioner or Officiant

Choose from Sweet Occasions best commissioners to perform a legal marriage ceremony.

Ceremony Music

The perfect ambiance for your ceremony will be created with your favorite music streaming from your iPod or mp3 player on Sweet Occasions sound system. Live artists are available for your ceremony as well, please inquire to consultation@sweetoccasionsbanff.com or 403.678.6366for more information.

Private Reservation of the Presidents Room

Your wedding planner will book the Presidents room at Emerald Lake Lodge for your wedding. You may choose to use this room for your ceremony and dine privately for your wedding night celebration. The Presidents room is located in the upper lodge and features an inspiring view of the President’s Mountain Range, a large balcony perfect for photos and a warm comfortable atmosphere.

Evening Music

Celebrate with the ambiance of your favorite music streaming through your iPod or mp3 player on a beautiful sound system. Live artists are available for your evening as well, please inquire to consultation@sweetoccasionsbanff.com or 403.678.6366for more information.

Centerpieces

Two beautiful centerpieces are included in this package. Choose from floral centerpieces, candles, and much more. Sweet Occasions will also be available to design your perfect focal point for your wedding tables.

Wedding Cake

To make the day even sweeter choose the design for your dream single tier wedding cake or enjoy a cupcake cake for a twist on the wedding cake tradition.

Honeymoon Accommodations

Your honeymoon suite will be booked for you by your wedding planner at Emerald Lake Lodge. Your wedding planner may also book accommodations for your entire group if you so choose. Please note that only the cost of your room is included in this package. The cost of your guest's rooms are not included, however, they will receive a discounted wedding rate. Your group must collectively book 10 rooms in order to host your wedding at Emerald Lake Lodge, don't worry, Emerald Lake Lodge is affordable and it is easy to meet this minimum.
