You will receive all inclusive wedding planning services by Sweet Occasions Bridal Consulting. Your wedding planning services will include unlimited consultations by phone, email or in person to ensure that we create the perfect wedding for you! You will also receive renowned design services by our design specialist to create the magical day you have been dreaming of. Wedding planning will also include all scheduling related to the wedding including extensive day of scheduling. Your wedding planner will also book everything for your wedding including all vendors, venues, accommodations and anything else you may need. Your wedding planner will be there for you on the day of your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to accommodate any needs you may have. Setup on your big day is also taken care of for you. All rentals will also be returned for you.

Wedding Day Photography Package

Meet with your devoted and experienced photographer prior to the wedding to discuss your visualization and photographic preferences for your wedding day. Very approachable and open to unlimited phone consultations. Two full hours with your personal photographer capturing all of the posed and candid moments that make up your important day. You will receive a complimentary leather bound proof book of all of the individually edited photos taken, a CD of the digital images and an entire month to access the photos on a personal accessible website made just for you. You also have the option to add a high resolution image DVD for only $175 to print your desired amount and selections. Indoor or Outdoor Ceremony Location

Choose between the locations of a dramatic outdoor mountainous backdrop or an indoor ceremony in the exquisite Angus Room which is accompanied by the stunning esthetics that the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel has to offer. Please enquire consultation@sweetoccasionsbanff.com. Let the hotel take care of the set up and removal of the site which includes chairs, registry desk, guestbook table and gift table catered to your preferences and requests. Every detail including the tissues, mints, water station and coat rack are also included to compliment all of your needs.

Marriage License and Permits

Let our knowledgeable staff assist you in registering for a marriage license to eliminate one more wedding day worry. The cost of the license is included in the package and all necessary paperwork regarding a permit will be taken care of before you arrive. All you need to do is bring a piece of government issued ID along with you.

Commissioner or Officiant

Choose from Sweet Occasions best commissioners to perform a legal marriage ceremony.

Flowers

Let nature add to the beauty of your wedding day by uniquely designing a small bouquet for the bride with a corresponding Boutonnieres for the groom. Each flower design is completely unique and customized exclusively for you to coordinate with your choice of flowers, colours and design! Let us be responsible for the delivery of your floral order.

To simplify the task, we offer the option to put your music selections on your iPod/mp3 player to be hooked up directly to the audio system. Indoor Reception

Your reception will take place in the refined Angus Room, which is a private dining room that will coordinate perfectly to your small wedding party. Honeymoon Accommodations

What better way to end your wedding night than to take advantage of the most romantic of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel’s suites. A cozy and dreamy atmosphere accompanied by the stunning view of the Canadian Rockies set right outside your window. These luxurious accommodations will provide a memorable evening that will certainly never be forgotten. We will be responsible for booking accommodations for your entire group if you desire. Please note that group accommodations are not included in this price.
